Q. Where do I go to start my tour ?.
A. After reserving with us ,we will forward your email confirmation and this will provide where and when to start each of your tours .
Q. Is there a risk I'll miss the Ship if I dont book through the cruise line ?.
A. No . All of our tour operators are fully aware of your Ship's departure ,and our tours are designed to get you back in time to spare .
Q. How far in advance should we book ?.
A. Our tours sells out fast so booking earlier will guarantee spaces .
Q. Do you have a cancelation policy ?
A. All payments are made when you arrive in Jamaica ,hence , we do not have a cancelation policy ,however in the event you are unable to make your trip ,please indicate prior to your tour .
Q. Are the attraction fees included in the tour ?
A. All entry fees are included in your tour packages .
Q. What method of payments are accepted ?
A. Payment is accepted in Cash or travelers cheques ,which should represent US dollars .
Q. Is lunch included in your tour?
A. NO : However this is optional and done by request .

Q, Is there a tipping policy ?
A. Tour guide gratuity is at the customers discretion and is not included in tour packages .
